Sam Cope

Managing Director

Fairfield has been operating for 20 years and as a family run business i've always been helping in some form. Originally it only started with volunteering to do gardening for some spending money for sweets.

But since finishing my masters in London 8 years ago I have been working in various roles within the company while continuing my studies and achieving industry qualifications. I’ve been guided by my Mum who started the company and learned lots from the vastly experienced managers in service. I completed the level 5 in social care management in 2018 and since then have been assisting the management team and acting as the Responsible Individual for Fairfield Care. I completed another Masters alongside working in 2021 which should help me in my role as Director. I am currently working towards becoming the Responsible Individual for Fairfield Residential and this year was approved as the Proprietor of Fairfield House School. I have aspirations to complete a level 7 in social care management and at some point would like to get a formal teaching qualification or an equivalent in counselling.

Outside of work I play rugby, padel ball and spend my weekends trying to encourage my bulldogs to do some exercise.
