Kellieanne Harrison

Service Manager

I started supporting children at Fairfield in September 2003 alongside studying for a degree at Liverpool Hope University. I completed one year on a primary teaching degree and then changed over to finish in Psychology. Both of these have helped my knowledge of working as a team to better support people with additional needs.

Whilst studying for my degree, I completed placements within special schools for children with Autism. This is where I first developed a special interest in Autism. The years from 2003 have passed very quickly within Fairfield. During that time, I have become a Mum to two children whom keep me busy outside of work, exploring different National Parks and bike tracks. My children further inspire my drive to ensure we work as hard as we can to make sure everyone who uses our service are as happy as possible.

I have worked through different roles within Fairfield but now take on dual responsibility for service delivery management. Since working in Fairfield, I gained a Level 5 in Leadership and Management of HSC and studied Autism at Lancaster College. I aim to move forward with completing a Level 7 in strategic leadership.
