Communication Club

The Communication Club will take place on the last Thursday of each month, from 5.30-6.30pm. Young people will be supported to access fun activities at the Farm Project, whilst parents have the opportunity to join a parent support meeting, facilitated by our Speech and Language Therapist. Young people’s activities will have a different theme and focus each month.
